Study of Different food groups

 

 

In order to make students aware of the importance of eating well, different partners studied different food groups:

 

  • Milk and dairy products

  • Vegetables and fruits

  • Legumes and oilseeds

  • Meat and Fish

  • Cereal Products

 

 

 

 

We hope that after this study students make each Food Serving count,  wherever they are - at home, at school, or when eating out with friends!
